Employment Paralegal – Kalra Legal Group- Hybrid

📍 Hybrid role: 1 day per week in Maidenhead office, remainder remote (UK-based)
🕘 Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Kalra Legal Group is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join our team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with aspirations to qualify as a solicitor and grow within a supportive and ambitious firm. The successful candidate after a year of employment will have the opportunity to apply for a training contract within the firm. This career pathway has been offered to all current Solicitor’s and Trainee’s within the firm.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting the team with employment law matters, including case preparation and client support
• Legal research, drafting and reviewing documents
• Answering incoming calls and client enquiries in a professional manner
• Setting up new files, completing ID checks, and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
• Preparing and sending clients’ terms of engagement letters for signature
• Providing administrative support to fee earners and solicitors
• Working in a collaborative way with the wider team

Requirements

✅ Law degree or equivalent with a minimum 2:1 classification
✅ At least 6 months’ experience working in a law firm
✅ Strong ambition to progress towards qualification as a Solicitor
✅ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Salary & Benefits
