Sexual Harassment in the workplace
KLG successfully negotiated 12 months salary for a female employee that was sexually harassed whilst working for a leading firm in London. The client’s legal fees and therapy were also paid fully by the Employer.
Disability Discrimination: Supermarket Employee
We acted on behalf of a part-time supermarket employee with claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination. We supported our client through ACAS early conciliation, a preliminary hearing, and case management orders. We successfully negotiated a settlement in excess of £38,000 in advance of the final tribunal hearing.
