I received excellent support from this firm in relation to a sensitive work situation. From the first conversation, even before I formally instructed them, the service was approachable, clear, and genuinely easy to work with.
I appreciated the honest, upfront advice about my options, including the likely impact, time, and stress involved with each route. I felt fully supported and well informed throughout, and I do not think I would have got through the situation without the guidance I received. The advice helped me weigh up what was best for me at the time and make a decision I was comfortable with.
The only let-down was the accounts department. Their systems do not appear to be updated promptly, which resulted in unnecessary payment reminders being sent after my account had already been settled in full.
