Geeta Daswani

Geeta is a dual-qualified lawyer (England and Wales, and India) specialising in commercial and corporate law. While she holds a Master of Laws degree in Intellectual Property Law from Kings’ College, London her practice focusses on assisting business owners on all aspects of non-contentious commercial law.

Having run her own practice for 7 years, she specialises in commercial and corporate law, assisting her clients on a broad range of matters such as commercial contracts, transactional matters including acquisitions, joint ventures and franchising, providing start-up support, advising on data protection and contractual aspects of Intellectual Property Law.

Geeta’s practice covers several industries including health, hospitality, construction, private equity, sustainability, education and TMT. She is particularly passionate about assisting clients that are ethical, cruelty-free, sustainable and impact-driven.

Her jurisdictions of practice are the UK and the UAE.

Outside of work you will find her at the gym, catching up with friends over endless cups of tea, or being her dog’s playmate.
