Gursimran Bhachu

Gursimran joined Kalra Legal Group in September 2025 as a Paralegal, where she plays an active role in supporting fee earners and the wider team with both administrative and legal tasks. As the first point of contact for many clients, Gursimran is known for her professionalism, approachable manner, and ability to provide a warm, reassuring presence throughout the process.

Gursimran completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Surrey, where she also undertook a Placement Year with the National Centre for Domestic Violence. During her time there, she worked as a Legal Caseworker, assisting victims of domestic abuse in obtaining emergency civil injunctions such as Non-Molestation Orders. She conducted detailed client interviews, drafted court applications and witness statements, and supported clients through both the Pro Bono and Legal Aid routes. Following graduation, Gursimran gained further experience as a Legal Intern at an immigration law firm, where she developed her case management and client care skills.

Alongside her role at Kalra Legal Group, Gursimran is currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law, further developing her academic knowledge and practical legal skills. Outside of her professional and educational commitments, she enjoys reading, ice skating, yoga, and learning British Sign Language.
