Natalie Ward

Natalie joined the firm in November 2025 as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, working remotely on a part-time basis. She plays a key role behind the scenes, providing essential business support that ensures the day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

With extensive experience supporting CEOs and Managing Directors, Natalie brings a friendly, organised, and proactive approach to her work. She has a particular strength in implementing processes and structures that streamline workflows, allowing the wider team to focus on delivering their best work.

Natalie is an integral part of the team, helping to keep everything aligned and moving forward seamlessly.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her children, weight training, reading and supporting others, both personally and professionally.
