Significant legal experience
Lesley has chaired post TUPE consultations, liaising between Company Directors and employees. She has also played an integral role in redundancy consultations where every employee leaving the client had a plan for the future.

With experience in rebranding projects, she ensures employees are communicated to in a positive manner and that their hearts and minds are committed to the achievement of organisations goal.

When conducting disciplinaries and grievances, Lesley conducts thorough investigations to warrant a fair and timely outcome.

When working with new clients a key priority to Lesley is making certain their Company is safe and legal.

As a qualified and experienced HR professional, Lesley adapts and transfers her knowledge and skills to organisations to assist them in achieving their business objectives.

Reaching the level of Restaurant General Manager in her 20’s, Lesley decided to complete a Masters degree (equivalent to CIPD Level 7) and move into HR.

As the HR Manager of a 4star hotel, Lesley coached and supported the managers to achieve Investors in People status. With this attainment and the leadership skills of the General Manager, the hotel accomplished a record-breaking increase in revenue and profit.

Experience was gained to multi-site HR Manager and she played a key management role during business rebranding, restructuring and refurbishment projects.

Lesley has devised numerous management development programmes in line with organisation values, vision and goals. Courses and coaching have supported students, graduates, supervisors and managers to promote success planning and retaining skill within the business.

Personal information

Lesley enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, going for walks and spending time with family and friends.

Lesley is also a Colour Me Beautiful Consultant.

Lesley volunteers with a local charity which works with vulnerable families and adults sometimes with complex needs. Lesley uses her Colour Me Beautiful and HR knowledge and experience to help service users with CV writing and developing job interview skills.
